 Dr. Rebecca Bravard

Dr. Rebecca Bravard is a chiropractic physician and the owner and operator of Quad City Spine Clinic (QCSC).  Dr. Bravard chose chiropractic as a second career.  After serving in the Army for twelve years, she herself had debilitating back pain and foot pain.  After trying the medical model for a long period of time, her condition was progressively getting worse.  Out of desperation, she tried chiropractic and had immediate results on her first visit.  She instantly knew this was her calling, and six months later she moved to Davenport, Iowa to begin her pre-requisites for Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Bravard graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in February of 2008.  The Doctor of Chiropractic degree required 90 or more semester credit units prior to starting the program and the core curriculum requires over 4,400 hours of classroom instruction and clinical experience, including a 1 ½ year internship.   Her drive for excellence allowed her to finish her clinical requirements early, therefore she was able to do a post internship in a chiropractic office her last semester of college to obtain further business and chiropractic experience. Furthermore, she also was chosen to participate in the Palmer Clinic Abroad program, which provided chiropractic care to the underserved people of Brazil.

Dr. Rebecca Bravard has a long history of leadership and community involvement. She served in the military for twelve years and was a martial arts instructor for fifteen years.  She operated her own martial arts club, marketed to the community, organized tournaments and sanctioned testing for her students and community.   Her military experience as combat medic and a Black Hawk helicopter crew chief gave her the opportunity to work with others to achieve a common goal, as well as learn how to be an effective leader.  She has worked in the health care arena, civilian and military, for over twelve years under different roles.
